Client Service Standard
Your future is our priority. Once you become a client, we will sit down together and decide what level of service you require.
A Silver client typically has only a few accounts, and therefore requires a lower level of maintenance- this does not mean that you'll never hear from us again though, just that we will only reach out twice a year, once as a review meeting and again in the form of a call.
A Gold client is the most common. This client has several accounts, but is comfortable with a moderate level of contact. We will set up two meetings and two phone calls a year
A Platinum client will receive the most communication. This client has several complex accounts that frequently change. Each quarter, we will set up a meeting and a phone call so that everyone is on the same page.
These levels of service do not differ in price, we simply believe that having a concrete plan is the best way to manage your future.
